Create Solutions, Inc acquires TSN Internet Services, Inc.'s Web  Hosting Business
 Green Bay, Wisconsin - Landisville, Pennsylvania October 4, 2002
Create Solutions, Inc. and TSN Internet Services, Inc. today announced that Create Solutions will acquire the Internet hosting service operations of TSN Internet. Terms were not disclosed.

The sale will substantially expand the size of Create Solutions web  hosting operations and technical capablities, as well as broaden its customer base.

"This acquisition will benefit our customers by bringing together  the talented staff of both companies." said TSN Internet CEO Daniel R. Jones. "Create Solutions has a long standing tradition of  providing business centric services specializing in enhancing customer interface processes, technologies and revenues.
